Who Are We
Thai Medical Law Office (TMLO)
TMLO was founded in 2016 by five founders: Pairoj Boonsirikumchai M.D., LL.D., Assist. Prof. Thanee Worapat LL.D., Wayo Assawarungruang M.D., LL.M., Nithi Laieddee LL.M., and Wichet Sinprasitkul LL.M.. The objective of the founders was to gather the specialists in medical law and, together, set up the specialized medical law firm for the first time in Thailand. With the intention to elevate the standard of Thai justice procedure and bring justice to the innocence, the firm indifferently and honestly provide services to every stake holder, be it physician, patient or other involving parties.
Our vision is to strive for excellence in providing specialized service in medical law and attain highest recognition of the field in Thailand, especially in the aspect of being very strongly moral and ethical inclined, all to protect and preserve the justice toward the innocence and the prosperity of greater society.
Our mission is to provide legal services to innocent people especially in the case involving conflicts regarding medical and public health issues. The team consisted of competent specialist in medical law from various profession, namely lawyers, attorneys, legal consultants, law professors as well as physicians in various field. Also, to widely provide medico-legal knowledge to people and encourage doctor-patient relationship.
